The manual is in the form of Doxygen comments added to the header files and can be compiled with Doxygen 1.3.2 or higher. If you download the source code from the CVS you will have to compile to the reference manual yourself. Official releases of the library come with the reference manual pre-compiled. Unfortunately the reference manual is too extensive to put online.
